This Week's Stocks

Two stock charts and a graphic appear below. The first chart shows how the
stock looked on our weekly charts when it gave an ABC Float Set-Up Buy Signal.
The second chart shows the resulting price move. The purpose of these charts
is to demonstrate the power of Float Charts and the principles of Float Analysis.

Feel free to share these charts with others.

Comtech Telecom Co (CMTL)
Support at the 50% Float Channel Line

In December 2004, CMTL was in an established up trend that extended back to its August lows. It then went into a correction that took it right down to its 50%
float channel line on January 12, 2005. It showed up on our January 14th ABC
Float Set-Up Scans because its candlestick chart began to show signs of turning higher.  In the next ten days its price never closed lower than the January 12th
low of $31.81. Following this brief 10 day consolidation between $32 and $33, it
began to move higher. In the 11 weeks since the stocks gave an ABC Float Set-Up Buy signal it is up 57%!  See both charts and the graphic below.
