Two stock charts and two graphics appear below.

Endwave Corp. (ENWV)
Support at the Lower Float Channel Line

From February 2nd, 2005 to March 17th ENWV made a sideways basing pattern that was one float turnover in length. This implied that all of the shares available for trading (the float) where being accumulated by smart money. Once a large percentage of the float became tightly held by the Smart Money, the price rose. On March 17th ENWV touched its lower float channel and closed strongly higher on big volume. This was an early indication that the accumulation phase was over and that a price rise was about to occur.

Study the Charts and the Graphics below it.  It will help you understand the principles of Float Analysis.
