ABC Float Set-Up Down Formation
Resistance at the 50% Float Channel Line


On April 16, 2004, RUC made a top formation when its price broke below its float turnover at a top.  After moving lower for seven weeks, its price retraced back up to its 50% float channel line where it it met resistances and began moving lower.  From there it moved lower.
